- HOW? You do need to make a trip to the local military base ID location (visitor center) to pick this up. Make sure you check what info you need to bring with you — at least 2 forms of ID, VA 100% P&T paperwork + maybe more. Your dependents can get one also but they may need more info also. Contact them in advance for their requirements
- DOD MWR Library Access
- The DOD MWR Library is only available to retired, and 100 VA Disability benefits. This lets you watch / stream movies, do ancestor research with ancestry.com and newspaper.com, get ebooks and audio books , Libby access, and much more. This requires the DAV ID above.
